Xiaomi releases MIUI 12.5 update for its Mi 11 handset
Xiaomi is rolling out the MIUI 12.5 update for the Mi 11 in China. As per the changelog, the firmware brings animation changes for faster navigation, optimizes touch response, introduces an 'Android Gesture Turbo' facility that improves the processor's performance, and fixes the handset's random restarting issue. The phone sports a 120Hz AMOLED display
Xiaomi Mi 11 features a metal-glass body with a punch-hole cut-out, curved edges, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset bears a 6.81-inch QHD+ (1440x3200 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and 1,500 nits of brightness.
