Realme 8 Pro now comes in an 'Illuminating Yellow' color
Realme has launched an Illuminating Yellow color option for its 8 Pro smartphone in India. The new variant joins the existing palette of Infinite Blue and Infinite Black shades and sports a "Dare To leap" branding on the rear panel, which glows in the dark. The phone bears a Super AMOLED display
In terms of design and specifications, the Realme 8 Pro's Illuminating Yellow variant mirrors the other color options. It features a punch-hole cut-out with a prominent bottom bezel and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset sports a 6.4-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) Super AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 1,000-nits of peak brightness.
It boasts of a 108MP main camera
The Realme 8 Pro houses a quad rear camera setup comprising a 108MP (f/1.9) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro shooter, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For selfies, it has a 16MP (f/2.5) front-facing snapper.
It is backed by a Snapdragon 720G chipset
The Realme 8 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 720G processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Under the hood, it runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 and packs a 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the device offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.
Realme 8 Pro Illuminating Yellow: Pricing and availability
The Realme 8 Pro Illuminating Yellow starts at Rs. 17,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and goes up to Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant. It will go on sale starting April 26 via Flipkart, Realme.com, and other offline retailers.
