What's included in the new games?
Netflix subscribers will have access to all expansion packs of Civilization VI that were part of the Platinum Edition version. The streaming giant will also host Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition, featuring all 32 fighters released throughout the game's history. This move is expected to enhance user engagement and offer a more comprehensive gaming experience on the platform.
Cross-platform gaming confirmed by Netflix
Netflix has confirmed that iOS and Android users will be able to compete against each other online exclusively via Netflix. However, the company has not yet announced a specific launch date for either game, stating only that both are "coming soon." This development marks another step in Netflix's ongoing expansion into the gaming industry.

In addition to Civilization VI and Street Fighter IV, other games such as Don't Starve Together, Stardew Valley with Hobbits simulator Tales of the Shire, Lab Rat, Monument Valley, Carmen Sandiego, Spongebob Bubble Pop F.U.N., and Battleship are also set to join Netflix's gaming lineup.
