Motorola One Vision expected to launch on June 20
Motorola is expected to launch its recently announced One Vision smartphone in India, soon. The Lenovo-owned company has started sending out media invites for a June 20 event where it will release a "premium device." We expect this handset to be the Android One-based One Vision, considering it has just received the key BIS certification in the country. Here's more on Motorola One Vision.
Motorola One Vision: At a glance
Up front, the Motorola One Vision sports a punch hole display with a prominent bottom bezel. On the back, a 4D curved glass panel houses a dual lens camera setup and a fingerprint scanner hidden within the batwing Moto logo. Further, the phone offers a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2520 pixels) CinemaVision LCD display having a taller aspect ratio of 21:9.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
The Motorola One Vision sports a dual lens rear camera comprising a 48MP main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, and a dual-LED flash unit. Further, the main camera offers 8x digital zoom, portrait mode, manual mode, cinemagraph mode, Night Vision mode, and Auto HDR. Up front, the punch hole cut-out houses a 25MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper.
Under the hood
Motorola One Vision is powered by an Exynos 9609 chipset, coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable upto 512GB). Under the hood, it runs on stock Android Pie and houses a 3,500mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast-charging support. Further, the phone comes with all standard connectivity options including dual-SIM support, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11a/c, NFC, USB Type-C port and a headphone jack.
Pricing and availability
Motorola One Vision was launched in Saudi Arabia and Thailand at EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 23,500). Hence, we can expect the phone to cost around Rs. 20,000 in India. However, we will get to know the official pricing and availability details on June 20 itself.
