Moto G22 to launch in India on April 8
Motorola has finally confirmed the launch date for the Moto G22 in India. The device will be launched on April 8 at 12pm via Flipkart. To recall, the handset was announced in Europe last month. It offers a 90Hz display, a 50MP primary camera, a MediaTek Helio G37 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery with 20W charging.

The Moto G22 is fueled by a MediaTek Helio G37 processor and runs on Android 12 OS with My UX on top. The handset will be available in a sole 4GB/64GB variant, with expandable storage of up to 1TB via a micro-SD card slot. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W charging. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a Type-C port.
Moto G22: Pricing and availability
In Europe, the Moto G22 costs €170 (nearly Rs. 14,000) for its sole 4GB/64GB model. In India, the handset will be priced under Rs. 15,000.
