MIUI 12.5: News

MIUI is Xiaomi’s customized User Interface which is also shared by Redmi and POCO. The latest MIUI 12.5 version requires 35% less memory and consumes 25% less power than the last version. It has improved “MIUI Light Cone Motion Effect Architecture,” improved UI animations, dedicated thread for gestures, priority scheduling, and improved response time. The UI comes with new live Super Wallpapers, notification, and system sounds along with improved haptic feedback. For privacy, MIUI 12.5 offers Clipboard Protection, Fuzzy Positioning (approximate location tracking instead of exact location), Sandbox Mechanism for file storage, and in-built security for Mi Browser. It also introduces revamped Notes App with brain maps generation, notes recording, graffiti function, and four different drawing tools along with MIUI+ for cross device multistreaming.
