Xiaomi launches Mi TV 4X 55-inch at Rs. 35,000
Expanding its portfolio of smart TVs, Xiaomi has launched a new 55-inch Mi TV 4X model in India at Rs. 34,999. The key highlights of the TV include its 4K HDR10-certified display, Android TV interface, Dolby Atmos support, and all the latest connectivity options. A look at the TV
The Mi TV 4X 55-inch comes with a conventional rectangular design featuring an LED screen with 4K (3840x2160 pixels) resolution, HDR10 support, and 60Hz refresh rate. The TV comes with Xiaomi's in-house Vivid Picture Engine and dual 10W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos as well as DTS-HD technologies for improved viewing experience.
Under the hood
The Mi TV 4X 55-inch is powered by a quad-core processor and runs on Android TV 9-based PatchWall 2.0. The smart TV offers features such as Chromecast, Google Assistant as well as Google Data Saver to reduce data consumption while watching videos, movies, and TV shows. Besides that, it also gets an Mi Remote Controller with dedicated buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
Connectivity options and in-built apps
The Mi TV 4X 55-inch comes with support for the latest I/O ports including three HDMI ports, two USB ports, an ethernet socket, and another audio port. It also supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and comes with several pre-installed apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Hotstar, and Sony LIV, among others.

The Mi TV 4X 55-inch is priced at Rs. 34,999, which is Rs. 5,000 costlier than its younger sibling with 50-inch screen. Lastly, it will go on sale in India starting 12pm on December 2 via Amazon, Mi.com, and Mi Home Stores.
