Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is now Rs. 1000 cheaper!
The second-largest smartphone seller in India, Xiaomi, has announced a price-cut for its large-display Mi Max 2 phablet launched in July in the country. The price-drop of Rs. 1,000 is applicable on both the storage variants of the device. The 32GB variant is available for Rs. 13,999 and the 64GB one for Rs. 15,999, down from Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 16,999, respectively. Know more!
Where to buy the Mi Max 2?
Customers can buy Mi Max 2 on Mi.com and Flipkart. While both the storage variants are available on Mi.com, the 32GB version is not currently listed on Flipkart. Flipkart is also giving an exchange offer where buyers can get up to Rs. 15,000 on their old device. Apart from the discounts available on various debit/credit cards, Flipkart is also offering a buyback guarantee.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 phablet is a perfect combination for those who like to use tablets as phones. The all-metal-body device has a massive 6.44-inch HD display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. It has 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB. The phablet houses a 5MP camera on the front and a 12MP rear camera.
Xiaomi promises two-day battery life
Mi Max 2 has a whopping 5,300mAh battery and delivers a battery-life of up to two days. It supports Parallel Charging (using the device while charging) and Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3, which charges 68% of battery in only an hour. The 4G VoLTE phablet comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with custom MIUI.
Supports one-handed user interface
The "very large screen" Mi Max 2 supports split screen functionality and also one-handed interface. The dual-SIM Xiaomi phablet also houses a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel for unlocking the device.
