Leica C-Lux digital camera launched in India for Rs. 85,000
Germany-based Leica has introduced its C-Lux digital camera in India. Priced at Rs. 85,000, the camera comes with a Leica DC Vario-Elmar 8.8-132mm f/3.3-6.4 Aspherical lens that offers up to 15x optical zoom. It features a 20-MP image sensor, a touchscreen monitor, an electronic viewfinder with 100% coverage and supports 4K video recording. Here's more about Leica C-Lux.
Leica C-Lux: At a glance
The camera features a 1-inch CMOS sensor with 20-MP resolution and supports up to 25,600 ISO. The Lecia C-Lux gets a non-detachable lens that offers a burst rate of 10fps and has a mechanical shutter speed of 1/2000 seconds and an electronic shutter speed of 1/16000. Moreover, the compact camera comes with 49 metering focal points and built-in five-axis optical image stabilization.
Shooting modes and recording capabilities on Leica C-Lux
The Leica C-Lux comes with AutoFocus Macro, Manual Focus, and Snapshot modes and can record 4K videos at 30fps and 1080p at up to 60fps. The camera sports a 3-inch fixed, touchscreen display with a 1.240K-dot resolution while the viewfinder has a 2,330K-dot resolution. Moreover, the camera gets stereo mics, a monaural speaker and can capture about 370 photos on a single charge.
Leica C-Lux lets you capture and share images with ease
The camera supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi that allows you to transfer captured images/videos to your smartphone (iOS/Android) via the Leica C-Lux app. Further, you can also transfer photos to your PCs or laptops via the microSD port.
