Although dubbed the JioPhone 2 quite unimaginatively, Reliance's new smart phone doesn't lack imagination when it comes to features and accessibility.
With improved specs, added features and functionalities, and a low price, JioPhone 2 is expected to be a bang for the buck.

What we know about the JioPhone 2's specs
The JioPhone 2, which sports a QWERTY keypad and a dedicated voice command button, will have a 2.40-inch display.
The KAI OS-based dual-SIM phone will come with a 2MP rear camera, a VGA front camera, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB internal storage, expandable to 128GB.
It'll support LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, and FM, and app services such as YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Rs. 2,999 JioPhone 2 available for Rs. 501 on offer
Bookings for the JioPhone 2 will start on Independence Day this year, and the phone will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 2,999.
Reliance Jio also announced a promotional Monsoon offer for its users, wherein interested customers will be able to avail the JioPhone 2 for just Rs. 501, upon exchanging their older JioPhone. This offer will start from July 21.
