ISRO is hiring for 52 vacancies across four posts
In a new round of hiring announcement, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is recruiting for 52 vacancies that include the posts of Technician (39), Draughtsman (3), Technical Assistant (9), and Library Assistant (1). The eligibility criterion for Technician and Draughtsman is Class 10 pass, for Technical Assistant is Diploma in a related field, and for Library Assistant is Masters' Degree in Library Science/Library.
All the jobs are based out of Bengaluru
For the posts of Technician and Draughtsman, candidates need to show their Class 10 certificate and an ITI/NTC/NAC certificate in the relevant trade. For the post of Library Assistant, candidates have to go through a written test and a skill test, based on which the selection will happen. All the jobs are based out of Bengaluru. Last date to apply is May 11
Please remember that the job applications, with an application fee of Rs. 250, have to be submitted by May 11. However, the fee is waived for women and candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PWD categories. The age limit to apply for general candidates is between 18-26 years, for SC/ST candidates is till 31 years, and for OBC candidates is till 29 years.
ISRO also has 171 vacancies for Junior Personal Assistants, Stenographer
Earlier, ISRO had posted 171 vacancies for Junior Personal Assistants (166) and Stenographers (5). Their last date for submission is fast approaching on April 30. The eligibility criterion is either graduation with a First Class in Art/Commerce/Management/Science/Computer Applications, or a Diploma in Commercial or Secretarial Practice with an experience of one year in Steno-Typist/Stenographer. Candidates must have a minimum typing speed of 80 wpm.
The application fee is Rs. 100
Candidates will have to first clear a written test and then a skill test to be chosen. The application fee for each form is Rs. 100 and the age limit is between 18-26 years.
