According to Downdetector, a significant number of users faced difficulties accessing the IRCTC website and mobile app. The tracking site's latest update revealed that over 350 users encountered issues while booking tickets through IRCTC services. Downdetector reported that the booking services began experiencing technical problems around 10:01 am on Tuesday, with the outage reaching its peak at 11:09 am as shown by their graph.
