Vivo's sub-brand iQOO has launched the Neo5 model in China. The handset carries a starting price-tag of CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 28,000) and will go on sale starting March 22. The iQOO Neo5 sports a punch-hole design with slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It has a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) OLED screen with up to 1,000Hz of 'instant touch sample rate,' HDR10+ support, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is offered in Night Shadow Black, Cloud Shadow Blue, and Pixel Orange colors.

The iQOO Neo5 packs a triple rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.8) main sensor, a 13MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) monochrome camera. For selfies and video calling, it offers a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera.

The iQOO Neo5 is fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It runs on Android 11-based OriginOS for iQOO and packs a 4,400mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the device offers support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, 5G, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.
