iQOO Neo 6's launch date confirmed; rear design teased
iQOO is gearing up to launch a new Neo series handset, the Neo 6, in China. In the latest development, the company has confirmed the phone will be introduced there on April 13. The brand has also released a teaser showcasing the device's design for the first time. We can expect it to make its India debut soon after it goes official in China.

The handset will have vegan leather finish on rear
The iQOO Neo 6 will feature a punch-hole display, slim bezels, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it will have a vegan leather finish. It should also come with a glass back. The handset will bear a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will be offered in Orange, Black, and Blue color options.
The device will flaunt a 12MP portrait camera
The iQOO Neo 6 will be equipped with a triple rear camera arrangement, comprising a 50MP primary shooter, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP portrait camera. Up front, it will sport a single selfie snapper.
A Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip will power the smartphone
The iQOO Neo 6 will be fueled by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Under the hood, it will run on Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean and pack a 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast-charging support. The handset should offer support for 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a Type-C port.
iQOO Neo 6: Pricing and availability
The official pricing and availability details of the iQOO Neo 6 will be announced at the time of its launch. However, we expect it to start at around Rs. 30,000.
