iQOO Neo 5 to be launched in March, specifications leaked
Vivo's sub-brand iQOO is working to introduce the Neo 5 model as a successor to the Neo 3. In the latest development, the phone's specifications and launch timeline have been leaked. As per the tip-off, it will arrive in mid-March with a Snapdragon 870 chipset, a 120Hz screen, and 88W fast-charging support. Here's our roundup.
iQOO Neo 5: Design and display
The iQOO Neo 5 is expected to feature an aluminium frame, a punch-hole design with slim bezels, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it will house a triple camera unit. The handset will bear a 6.57-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2408 pixels) Super AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a 120Hz refresh rate.
It will offer a 16MP selfie camera
The iQOO Neo 5 will likely be equipped with a triple rear camera module, including a 48MP Sony IMX598 primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies and video calls, there will be a 16MP front-facing snapper.
iQOO Neo 5's chipset and battery details
The iQOO Neo 5 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will run on Android 11 and pack a 4,400mAh battery with 88W wired and 66W wireless fast-charging support. For connectivity, the device should offer support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, 5G, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.

At present, there is no official information regarding the launch and pricing of the iQOO Neo 5 handset. However, it is tipped to start at around CNY 2,998 (roughly Rs. 34,000).
