Insta gives you option to adjust settings for sensitive content
What's the story
Instagram's "Sensitive Content Control" gives users the ability to adjust how much sensitive content they see in their feed and various parts of the app.
This guide offers a simple, step-by-step tutorial for Android users to tailor their experience by tweaking these settings.
It includes controlling content in Explore, Search, Reels, Hashtag Pages, In-Feed Recommendations, and Accounts You Might Follow.
Step-by-step
Accessing sensitive content controls
To start personalizing your Instagram experience, first open the Instagram app on your Android device.
Tap on your profile picture in the bottom-right corner to navigate to your profile.
Next, tap the three stacked lines in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down and tap on Account, then select Sensitive Content Control from the list of options.

Customizing your experience
Under the Sensitive Content Control section, you will see three options: More, Standard, and Less.
These settings dictate how much sensitive content gets shown to you in different sections of Instagram, such as the Explore page, Search page, Reels section, Hashtag Pages, In-Feed Recommendations, and Accounts You Might Follow sections.
Select the one you're most comfortable seeing sensitive content.
After choosing, tap "Confirm" (if asked) to immediately implement these changes.
