Infinix Hot 7, with quad cameras, launched at Rs. 8,000
As an addition to its portfolio of budget-range smartphones, Infinix Mobile has launched the Infinix Hot 7 in India. The handset has been priced at Rs. 7,999 and will be up for grabs starting July 15 via Flipkart. It comes with a notched design, quad cameras, 4,000mAh battery, and mid-level internals. Up front, the Infinix Hot 7 sports an iPhone X like notch design, but with noticeable bezels at the bottom, while the back panel houses vertically stacked dual cameras, LED flash, and a physical fingerprint sensor. Further, the phone features a 6.19-inch screen with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
In terms of optics, the Infinix Hot 7 houses dual rear cameras with 13MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The main camera supports photography features such as HDR, panorama, portrait mode, and offers 1080p video recording at 30fps. Up front, the phone sports a dual selfie camera comprising a 13MP main sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor.
Under the hood
The Infinix Hot 7 is fueled by MediaTek Helio P25 octa-core chipset, coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The handset runs on Android Pie-based XOS 5.0 and is backed by a solid 4,000mAh battery. Moreover, the phone offers all standard sensors and connectivity options such as dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro-USB port, and a headphone jack.

In India, the Infinix Hot 7 is priced at Rs. 7,999 for the solo 4GB/64GB storage variant. At this price point, the handset will take on the likes of Realme C2, Samsung Galaxy M10, and Xiaomi's recently launched Redmi 7A.
