Infinix Hot 10S and Hot 10S NFC gaming phones announced
Infinix has announced its latest gaming-centric smartphones, the Hot 10S, and the 10S NFC. Both the models are similar in terms of design and specifications but differ when it comes to their battery and storage configurations. As for the key highlights, the duo offers a 90Hz HD+ display, triple rear cameras, a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, and 10W charging support. Here's our roundup.
The duo offers a 180Hz touch sampling rate
Infinix Hot 10S and Hot 10S NFC feature a waterdrop notch design with a prominent bottom bezel and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The handsets bear a 6.82-inch HD+ (720x1640 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. They are offered in four shades: 95° Black, Morandi Green, Heart of Ocean, and 7° Purple.
They boast of a 48MP main camera
Infinix Hot 10S and 10S NFC come with a triple rear camera module comprising a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, and a tertiary AI lens. For selfies, they have an 8MP front-facing snapper.
They draw power from a Helio G85 processor
Infinix Hot 10S and Hot 10S NFC are powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. They boot Android 11-based XOS 7.6. The former packs a 6,000mAh battery while the NFC model houses a 5,000mAh unit. They also offer support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a headphone jack, and a micro-USB port.
Infinix Hot 10S and Hot 10S NFC: Pricing and availability
Infinix Hot 10S costs $130 (roughly Rs. 9,750) for the 6GB/128GB configuration and will be available in Indonesia from May 12. Meanwhile, the 10S NFC is priced at $120 (around Rs. 9,000) for the 4GB/128GB model and will retail in Indonesia, Russia, and Latin America.
