Here's how much MacBook Air, iPad Pro cost in India
Hours after introducing a new MacBook Air, Mac Mini, and iPad Pro, Apple has revealed the India prices and availability details of the devices. The new products offer a major upgrade over their predecessors, especially the new six-core Mac Mini, and most of them will be available through Authorized Apple resellers in November itself. Here are the finer details.
2018 MacBook Air: Price, Availability
The new MacBook Air packs a 13.3-inch Retina display with thinner bezels, Touch ID, and a much-improved keyboard and trackpad. It runs on Intel's latest Core i5 processor and will be available in Gold, Silver, and Space Gray colors, starting November 7 Its 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD model will start at Rs. 1,14,900, while the 256GB model with same RAM will come at Rs. 1,34,900.
New iPad Pro: Pricing and availability
Apple also announced new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pros, featuring thinner bezels, A12X Bionic chip, Face ID, and USB-C port. Both the variants will come in Wi-Fi and Cellular options with four storage choices - 64GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB - later this year. The base model for the 11-inch variant will start at Rs. 71,900, while the 12.9-inch model will come at Rs. 89,000.
Price of fully-loaded iPad Pro
A fully-loaded 11-inch iPad Pro with 1TB storage and Wi-Fi and Cellular capabilities will cost Rs. 1,53,900, while the 12.9-inch model will cost Rs. 1,71,900. The new Apple Pencil, on the other hand, has been priced at Rs. 10,900.
Mac Mini: Price and availability
The Mac Mini, which had been awaiting an update since 2014, will also be hitting the shelves in India starting November 7. It will be coming in 128GB, 256GB SSD options - both with 8GB RAM. The base model with quad-core Intel Core i3 processor will ship at Rs. 75,900, while the six-core Intel Core i5 variant will come at Rs. 1,05,900.
