Huawei Nova 9 SE with Snapdragon 680 SoC launched
Huawei has quietly launched a new mid-range handset, the Nova 9 SE, in Malaysia. It is priced at MYR 1,099 (roughly Rs. 20,100). The phone is also available for pre-orders in the country until March 18. As for the key highlights, it features a 90Hz LCD display, a 108MP main camera, a Snapdragon 680 chip, and 66W fast-charging support.

The Huawei Nova 9 SE features a centrally-aligned punch-hole cut-out, slim bezels, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it has an oval camera unit. The handset bears a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2388 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 270Hz touch sampling rate. It is offered in Crystal Blue, Pearl White, and Midnight Black color options.
It offers 66W fast-charging support
The Huawei Nova 9 SE is fueled by a Snapdragon 680 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB (depending on the region) of internal storage. Under the hood, it boots EMUI 12 and packs a 4,000mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the handset offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G, GPS, NFC, and a Type-C port.
It boasts a 108MP main camera
The Huawei Nova 9 SE flaunts a quad rear camera module, including a 108MP (f/1.9) main sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, and a 2MP 9f/2.4) macro snapper. Up front, it sports a 16MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter.

In Malaysia, the Huawei 9 SE is priced at MYR 1,099 (around Rs. 20,100) for the sole 8GB/128GB model. It is up for pre-orders till March 18. Meanwhile, in China, the phone will be available in two storage variants: 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB.
