Huawei Mate 30 Lite specifications leaked ahead of official launch
Huawei is working to launch three smartphones under Mate 30 series in its home country. We had previously reported about the leaked specifications of the Pro model, and now, the specifications of Mate 30 Lite have surfaced online. The pocket-friendly Lite model is expected to come with a punch hole design, quad rear cameras, and mid-level internals including Kirin 810 chipset. Here's more.

As per the report, the Huawei Mate 30 Lite will sport a punch hole design with a quad camera setup on the back alongside a fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is expected to come with a 6.4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2310 x 1080 pixels. Also, going by the leaked design, we expect the smartphone to feature a 3.5mm audio jack.

The leak suggests that Huawei Mate 30 Lite is expected to feature a quad rear camera setup. However, the sensor details are still unclear as of now. Up front, the phone is likely to offer a 24MP single selfie shooter housed in punch hole setup.
Under the hood
The Huawei Mate 30 Lite is expected to be powered by Huawei's newly introduced Kirin 810 chipset which is also being used in the recently launched Nova 5. The mid-level chipset will be paired with upto 8GB RAM and upto 128GB storage. Under the hood, it is likely to pack a 4,000mAh battery with 20W fast-charging support.
And, what about pricing?
As for the pocket pinch, the Huawei Mate 30 Lite is expected to be priced at around CNY 2,500 (roughly Rs. 25,000) in China. The company hasn't revealed the official launch date yet, however, we expect the phone to go official sometime around October.
