HP launches world's first dual-screen gaming laptop in India
As the latest addition to its portfolio of gaming laptops, HP has introduced three new models in India including the Omen X 2S dual-screen laptop. Touted as the world's first dual-screen laptop, the flagship model offers two full-HD+ screens, 144Hz refresh rate, and top-tier internals including upto ninth-generation Intel Core i9 chipset. HP Omen X 2S: At a glance
The Omen X 2S features a 20mm-thick metal body with a new sharp-looking design. There is also a proprietary liquid and air combination technology for thermal management. Further, there's a 15.6-inch full-HD+ primary display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 6-inch full-HD+ secondary display that offers mirroring and multi-window experiences. And despite everything, the laptop also manages to offer a customizable RGB keyboard.
Under the hood
The HP Omen X 2S is powered by upto ninth-generation Intel Core i9 processors, paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q graphics card, upto 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and optional Intel Optane storage. Under the hood, the flagship laptop packs dual speakers, 72Whr battery, dual array digital microphone, three USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port, one HDMI port, and a headphone jack.
HP Omen X 2S: Pricing and availability
In India, the HP Omen X 2S laptop comes at a starting price of Rs. 2,09,990 and it will go on sale from July 1 via HP India e-store and other leading retailers.

Meanwhile, HP has also introduced the refreshed Omen 15, priced at Rs. 1,24,990. The new model offers a 144Hz 1080p display, upto ninth-generation Intel Core i9 CPU, upto 16GB of RAM and NVIDIA's RTX Max-Q7 2080 graphics. The company has also launched HP Pavilion Gaming 15 with upto ninth-generation Intel Core i5/i7 CPUs as well as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q design.
The company has also introduced new Omen-branded accessories
Further, HP has launched an Omen Photon Wireless Mouse at Rs. 8,499. It comes with 11 customizable buttons, click response time of 0.2ms, Qi-based wireless charging capability, and a battery life of upto 50 hours. There is also an HP Omen Outpost Mousepad that can wirelessly charge Qi-based devices including the Omen Photon Wireless Mouse. The mousepad is priced at Rs. 7,999.
