Honor 9N launched in India, price starts at Rs. 11,999
Honor 9N has been finally launched in India. The phone comes at a starting price of Rs. 11,999 and will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart, from July 31 at 12 noon. It starts at Rs. 11,999 for 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM/64GB storage model costs Rs. 13,999, while the 4GB RAM/128GB storage is priced at Rs. 17,999. It will be available in Midnight Black, Robin Egg Blue, Lavender Purple and Sapphire Blue color options. Launch offers include Rs. 2,200 cashback and 100GB additional data from Reliance Jio and Rs. 1,200 worth Myntra vouchers.
Honor 9N: At a glance
The Honor 9N features a 5.84-inch (1080x2280 pixels) full-HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass. The phone is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. Honor 9N runs Android Oreo 8.0-based EMUI 8.0 and packs a 3,000mAh battery.

The Honor 9N sports a dual rear camera setup comprising 13MP+2MP sensors along with an LED flash module. The primary camera comes with PDAF and supports HDR, time-lapse, burst mode and Pro mode. Up front, 9N gets a 16MP selfie snapper with AI beautification, scene recognition Portrait Mode, AR lens and Time-Lapse, among other features. Notably, both front and rear cameras support 1080p video-recording.

In terms of features, Honor 9N offers Wi-Fi Bridge that allows users to share their connected Wi-Fi network as a hotspot. There's also a Smart Face Unlock feature that unlocks the phone while keeping notifications private. Moreover, the phone gets a splits screen feature, a Dual Bluetooth Connection option that allows users to connect 2 devices, a Ride Mode and one-click Paytm Pay feature.
