Huawei's sub-brand Honor has launched a new Icelandic Illusion color variant of its flagship smartphone, the Honor 20 Pro, in China. The new variant will join the already available Phantom Black and Phantom Blue models at the same price. Up front, the Honor 20 Pro sports a punch-hole design with ultra-thin bezels around the screen. On the backside, the glossy metallic panel houses quad cameras and an LED flash. Further, the phone has a 6.26-inch full HD+ LCD display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 412ppi pixel density, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Honor 20 Pro sports a quad rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.4) main sensor, 8MP (f/2.4) telephoto lens, 16MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro sensor. Up front, the phone sports a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie shooter. Moreover, the rear camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

The Honor 20 Pro is powered by flagship HiSilicon Kirin 980 octa-core chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage. Under the hood, it packs a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support, which delivers upto 50% charging in just 30 minutes. Notably, the handset runs on Android Pie-based Magic 2.1 OS.
Connectivity options and sensor details
In the connectivity department, the Honor 20 Pro gets dual-SIM (Nano) support, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C Port. The handset offers all standard sensors including accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.

The new Icelandic Illusion model of the Honor 20 Pro starts at CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs. 32,050) for the 8GB/128GB variant and goes upto CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 35,070) for the 8GB/256GB model- same as the other color variants. At this price point, the handset goes up against rivals such as Redmi K20 Pro and ASUS ZenFone 6 in China.
