Honor 10 Lite v/s Huawei Y9: 2019's best budget smartphone
In India's over-crowded and price sensitive mid-range smartphone segment, Chinese tech giants Huawei and Honor have launched their respective affordable handsets. Both the camera-centric Huawei Y9 (2019) and budget performer Honor 10 Lite are currently on sale via Amazon and Flipkart, respectively. But which one should you buy? Here's our spec-to-spec comparison.
At a glance
Up front, Huawei Y9 gets a wider display cutout whereas the Honor 10 Lite adopts the smaller waterdrop notch. However, both the phones feature an edge-to-edge display, slim bottom bezel and glass-like rear-panel (3D design on the Honor handset). Both the phones have the same primary cameras, processors, and display resolution. In terms of differences, the Huawei Y9 has a bigger display, dual front camera, and a bigger battery whereas Honor 10 runs the latest OS and offers 6GB RAM option as well.
