Meanwhile, here's recalling the Pixel 4 series
As far as their specifications are concerned, the Pixel 4 series will feature a notch-less display with slim bezels on three sides and a chunky "forehead" design. Google has favored a thick top bezel to house the Soli Radar for Motion Sense, face unlock gadgetry, secondary speaker-cum-earpiece, and a front-facing camera. On the rear, the handsets will offer a glass panel that will house a new square-shaped multi-sensor camera system.
Pixel 4 smartphones will offer 90Hz OLED displays
If the recent leaks are anything to go by, the Pixel 4 will feature a 5.7-inch full-HD+ OLED screen while the XL model will get a sharper 6.3-inch QHD+ OLED display. The screens on these handsets will also support dynamic 60-90Hz refresh rate which Google calls "Smooth Display". This high refresh rate will allow for smoother scrolling, fluid animations, and better gaming experience.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
The Pixel 4 duo will come with a dual-lens rear camera comprising a 12MP standard lens and a 16MP telephoto lens. However, on the front, the handsets will come with a single 8MP selfie snapper. Some of the other expected features include a redesigned camera app, improved Night Sight, Astrophotography, and Dual Exposure Camera Controls that'll help you adjust live exposure and highlights.
Pixel 4 series will be packed with new software features
Alongside the new design changes and hardware upgrades, the Pixel 4 handsets will pack some interesting new software features including an on-device Google Assistant for faster responses, motion gestures, face unlock for payments, as well as the ability to detect car crashes.
Under the hood
The Google Pixel 4 series will be powered by Snapdragon 855 chipset, paired with upto 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage. Under the hood, the Pixel 4 will pack a 2,800mAh battery while the XL model will get a 3,700mAh battery. They'll also support wired fast-charging and wireless charging. Lastly, both handsets will come with stereo speakers, "Neural Core" chipset, and run Android 10.
