The Garmin Forerunner 45 supports apps for running, cycling, indoor tracking, treadmill, elliptical, cardio, and yoga. It offers 24*7 heart rate monitoring and built-in GPS for tracking running pace, distance, as well as intervals. There's also a built-in incident detection system that shares your location with chosen contacts in case you need assistance.
