Navigating to your orders
Launch the Flipkart app, sign in, and click on the three horizontal lines located at the top left corner.
This action opens a menu with several options.
Click on "My Orders" to access a list of your recent and past orders. This feature allows you to manage your orders efficiently.
Schedule delivery
Changing your delivery date
To reschedule your delivery, follow these steps:
Head to My Orders in the app.
Locate and click on the order you want to change.
In the order details page, click on Change Delivery Date.
A list of available dates will be displayed. Choose a new date that is more convenient for you.
After selecting a new date, click Submit to finalize the change.
Order tracking
Tracking and updates
To make sure your order is on track for the new delivery date, go back to My Orders and click on it to see tracking details.
The tracking page shows each delivery stage: Ordered and Approved, Packed, Shipped, and Delivery.
Plus, by clicking the blue bell icon labeled Subscribe to Updates, you can receive notifications on your device whenever there are status changes or updates about your order's journey.
