X censorship in US certain if Kamala Harris wins: Musk
Elon Musk has issued a warning about potential censorship of his social media platform X in the US. He stated that if the Democrats are victorious in the November election, it's certain that X will face restrictions. This statement was made in response to a post suggesting that X could be banned in America, similar to its recent suspension in Brazil by a judge accused of suppressing political rivals.

Brazilian judge criticized over X's suspension
Musk criticized Alexandre de Moraes, the Brazilian judge responsible for X's suspension, calling him "an evil dictator cosplaying as a judge." The post from X Global Government Affairs detailed their legal struggle in Brazil. It stated that when they tried to defend themselves in court, Judge de Moraes threatened their Brazilian legal representative with jail time and froze all of her bank accounts even after she resigned.
Footage of Harris demanding Trump's X suspension
Musk expressed concern that a similar situation could occur in the US if Donald Trump is not re-elected. He followed up with a post showing past footage of Kamala Harris demanding that Trump be suspended from X (formerly Twitter). "Freedom of speech is under massive attack around the world," Musk declared, emphasizing his apprehension about potential restrictions on X and broader free speech rights globally.
