Ducati Monster 797 Plus superbike launched at Rs. 8.03 lakh
A month after introducing its redesigned Monster 821 superbike in India, Ducati has now launched a new variant of its Monster 797 motorcycle in the country. Dubbed as Ducati Monster 797 Plus, the luxury bike has been priced at Rs 8.03 lakh Ducati celebrates the 25th anniversary of its Monster range this year and has already launched two revised models so far. What is new in the Monster 797 Plus model?
The Monster 797 Plus comes with a front fairing and passenger seat cover, both matching the tank and front mudguard. Apart from these upgrades, there is nothing new on the 797 Plus as it retains the styling and mechanical features of Monster 797. Like Monster 797, this model also gets an 803 cc L-twin engine which generates 72 bhp and 67 Nm.
Meanwhile, Ducati has started delivering the Monster 821
Ducati has also started the deliveries of the redesigned Monster 821 which was re-launched last month in India. The motorcycle was discontinued last year as it failed to meet the updated BS IV emission norms. Priced at Rs. 9.51 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the Monster 821 has an 821 cc L-twin engine which produces 108 bhp of maximum power and 86 Nm of peak torque.
