Now, there's a dating app for men with 'dinky' penises
Ever since Tinder debuted, the online dating space has evolved to help more and more people find appropriate matches. The effort has led to dedicated dating apps for celebrities, beard-lovers, and even Trump supporters. But this time around, a team is using its dating product to break a major social stigma, the one associated with the size of penises. Here's all about it.
People with small penises are often under social pressure
Let's address the elephant in the room. Thanks to porn, men with big penises are often seen as the 'ideal' candidates for relationships. Meanwhile, those with smaller ones are subjected to mistreatment by their partners or are under this pressure that they need to have a big penis to satisfy their partner. Due to this, many of them also try fake penis-enlargement products.
Dinky One hopes to normalize this situation
Now, Dinky One has been launched to break this stigma and normalize the whole penis size situation. The app works just like any other dating platform, but instead of focusing on every individual, it invites only those with small penises and those who love them. This way, it hopes, men with small penises will be able to find the right partner, without being judged/mistreated.
Dinky One ensures people full disclosure, says founder
"Some men are big, some average and some below average," Dinky One's founder David Minns said while adding that the app "lets smaller men date people outside their circle of friends with the safety that everyone using the site is fully aware."
You can also filter potential matches by interest
Dinky One also provides the option to filter potential matches by shared interests and preferences. This means you can easily find a person who likes the same thing that you do and then show interest in them to move ahead with the regular dating process. To note, the platform is open for all - gay, bi, straight, queer, and trans.
And, its user-base is also growing progressively
Dinky One debuted on March 9 and has already raked in tens of thousands of users. The app got 27,000 users on its first day and added 5,000 more on the next, with one fifth being bi or gay. "Guys have not shied away from signing up," Minns added while noting that the app "has opened the global debate of does size really matter."
