Black Shark 4 Pro to come with an external cooler
Black Shark is all set to launch its latest gaming smartphones, the Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro in China on March 23. In the latest development, the company has shared a poster on Weibo, revealing the vanilla model's rear design. Additionally, leaked images (via MySmartPrice) of the Pro variant suggest that it will come with an external cooler having a built-in temperature monitor.
The handsets will sport a 144Hz OLED display
The Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro will feature a punch-hole design with slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, they will pack a horizontally-aligned triple camera unit. The standard 4 model will bear a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ OLED screen, whereas the Pro variant will have a 6.67-inch QHD+ OLED display. Both the handsets will boast of a 144Hz screen refresh rate.
Black Shark 4 Pro will flaunt a 108MP main camera
The Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro will pack a triple rear camera setup comprising a 64MP and 108MP primary sensor, respectively. Details regarding the other two lenses as well as the front camera are unclear as of now.
They will support 120W fast-charging
The Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 and Snapdragon 888 chipset, respectively, combined with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. They will boot Android 11 and pack a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the duo should offer support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and a Type-C port.
Black Shark 4, 4 Pro: Pricing and availability
The official pricing and availability details of the Black Shark 4 series will be announced at the time of the launch, which is scheduled for March 23. However, considering the expected specifications, the line-up is likely to start at around Rs. 40,000.
