ASUS releases Android Pie for these popular smartphones in India
Just a day after releasing Android Pie update for its ZenFone Max Pro M1 and Max M2 phone, ASUS has started rolling out the latest OS for ZenFone Max Pro M2. The update, currently available only in India, is being pushed as over-the-air in a phased manner. The new firmware brings all the Android Pie improvements along with March 2019 Android security patch.

The update brings all the Android Pie goodies including gesture-based navigation, adaptive battery, adaptive brightness, an improved Do Not Disturb mode, new screenshot shortcut, new emojis, simplified volume controls, and revamped notifications panel among other features. Further, to check for the update, head to Settings > System > System Updates. If you have received the file, simply down and install.
