ASUS launches TUF Gaming FX504, ROG G703 laptops in India
Taiwanese electronics giant ASUS has launched two new laptops in India. As part of its gaming laptops series, called TUF Gaming, the company has introduced the FX504 laptop with an Intel 8th-Gen i7 processor. Alongside, ASUS has also unveiled its premium ROG G703 laptop, which is powered by 8th-Gen Intel i9 processor. Here's more about the specs, price, and availability of the laptops.
A display with 144Hz refresh rate, 64GB RAM, i9 processor
ASUS ROG G703 gets a 17.3-inch full HD IPS display, 144Hz high refresh rate with 3ms GTG (Gray-To-Gray) response time and NVIDIA G-SYNC support for seamless graphics. The laptop runs Windows 10 and is powered by Intel Core i9-8950HK processor that has been factory-overclocked for speeds of up to 4.8GHz coupled with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics, 8GB GDDR5X VRAM and 64GB RAM.
G703 features the world's fastest RAID 0 storage configuration: ASUS
The laptop comes with HyperDrive Extreme storage, which allows users to add up to three NVMe PCIe 3.0 x 4 SSDs - world's fastest RAID 0 configuration. For connectivity, you get four USB ports, one HDMI port, one USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio-jack, and LAN port.
TUF Gaming FX504 features a 15.6-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate
The FX504 features a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and 3ms gray-to-gray (GTG) response time. The device runs Windows 10 and is powered by the latest 8th-Gen Intel Core i7-8750H processor, paired with 8GB DDR4 RAM. For graphics rendering, the FX504 gets NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics with full Microsoft DirectX 12 support.
FX504 offers a 1TB SSD and other standard connectivity ports
In terms of storage, the FX504 packs a 1TB Firecuda Hybrid SSD along with 128GB NVME PCIe G3 x 2 SSDs. Moreover, the laptop also offers a backlit keyboard and standard connectivity ports including three USB ports, HDMI port, 3.5mm audio jack, and LAN port.
The premium edition ROG G703 costs a whopping Rs. 4,99,990
In terms of pricing, the TUF Gaming FX504 starts from Rs. 69,999 while the ROG G703 will cost you a whopping Rs. 4,99,990. As for availability, the ROG G703 and the TUF Gaming FX504 will be made available for purchase from the first week of June and third week of May respectively. Both the laptops can be purchased via brand retail stores and online stores.
