The price revision, which comes alongside the launch of ASUS 6Z, is part of Flipkart's Mobiles Bonanza Sale. Under this offer, you can buy the flagship phone for a starting price of Rs. 21,999. A look at the discounted prices
ASUS 5Z was launched in July 2018 at a starting price of Rs. 29,999. However, in March this year, the company slashed the prices by Rs. 5,000, bring the starting price down to Rs. 24,999. Under the Flipkart sale, the 6GB/128GB model is available at Rs. 21,999 while the 8GB/256GB variant is listed at Rs. 25,999.
ASUS 5Z: At a glance
To recall, ASUS 5Z features a notched display with a slim bottom bezel. On the rear, the aerospace-grade aluminum body features a shimmery sandblasted finish and houses a dual lens camera as well as a fingerprint sensor. The phone offers a 6.2-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2246 pixels) Super IPS display with an 18.7:9 aspect ratio, 550-Nits brightness, and 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

The ASUS 5Z sports a dual lens rear camera comprising a 12MP (f/1.7, OIS) main sensor, paired with an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree field-of-view. The primary camera offers a bunch of AI-based photography features and can record 4K videos at 30fps. Up front, the phone gets an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper with EIS and real-time beautification feature.

The ASUS 5Z is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, coupled with Adreno 630 GPU, upto 8GB RAM and upto 256GB internal storage (expandable upto 2TB).
