Apple planning October event for M4 Macs, iPads
Apple might be gearing up for another major event in October, following the launch of the iPhone 16 series later today. The tech giant plans to introduce new M4 Macs and iPads, as reported by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman in his Power On newsletter. This event will mark the first update to the iPad mini since 2021 and a significant redesign of the Mac mini with an M4 chip in over a decade.
Mac mini will match the size of Apple TV
The upcoming Mac mini is expected to feature an M4 chip and will be approximately the size of an Apple TV. In addition to the compact desktop computer, the October event will also showcase new versions of the iMac and MacBook Pro, both equipped with M4 chips, according to Gurman's report.
