Amazon's Fire TV-based Onida smart TVs launched in India
Amazon has partnered with Onida to launch its Fire TV-based smart televisions in India. The Onida Fire TV series, offered in 32-inch and 43-inch models, comes with built-in Fire TV experience, integrated Alexa support, Dolby Audio, a multi-core processor, and all the latest connectivity options including support for dual-band Wi-Fi. Design and display
The Onida Fire TV series features a conventional rectangular display with prominent borders on all sides, a design associated with entry-level televisions. The 32-inch model comes with an HD screen while the 43-inch model offers a Full-HD display. Further, both models come with Dolby Audio, DTS Surround Sound, and a Lucent Picture Engine. The TVs also offer three HDMI ports and multiple I/O ports.
The TVs also come with an Alexa-powered remote control
The TVs come bundled with an Alexa-powered remote control that can be used to easily launch apps, search for titles, control smart home devices, and more using voice commands. The remote also has quick launch buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, ZEE5, and SonyLIV.
The TVs are powered by Amazon Fire TV platform
These Onida televisions run on Amazon's Fire TV platform, offering users access to a variety of streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, and YouTube.
