Samsung has rolled out the first software update for its newly-released Galaxy Z Flip. The new firmware brings a couple of camera improvements to the foldable phone including the Single Take mode which was hyped by the company at the launch event. Additionally, the update brings some general bug fixes and an updated Android security patch as well.

The new software update (211.64MB in size) for the Z Flip is reportedly being rolled out in the US, and is first being pushed to all the unlocked units. So, if you are using a carrier-locked handset, you might have to wait for sometime.

The firmware introduces Single Take mode to the camera. The feature was supposed to be available right out of the box, but Samsung couldn't add it in time. The update also lets you switch the camera angle from wide to ultra-wide by tapping the camera icon on the tiny cover screen.
