Acer Predator Triton 500 gaming laptop goes official
Acer has announced the Predator Triton 500 gaming laptop at the IFA 2019 in Berlin. Designed especially for hardcore gamers, the all-new notebook comes with a full-HD display with an industry-first 300Hz refresh rate and top-tier internals. Meanwhile, it will be available in select international markets including Europe, Middle East, Africa, and North America by the end of this year. Here's more.
Acer Predator Triton 500: At a glance
The Acer Predator Triton 500 offers a conventional rectangular screen surrounded by slim bezels and an LED-lit Predator logo on the covering lid. The notebook sports a 15.6-inch LCD display with full-HD resolution, 300Hz refresh rate, and 81% screen-to-body ratio. Further, it comes with a three-zone RGB customized keyboard and a multi-touch gesture enabled touchpad.
Under the hood
The Acer Predator Triton 500 is powered by a 9th-generation Intel Core i7-9750H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 GPU to manage graphical functions. As for memory options, it offers 32GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD storage. The laptop also comes with 4th-generation Aeroblade 3D cooling technology for improved airflow and lag-free gaming experience.

Talking about connectivity features, the Acer Predator Triton 500 comes with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Ethernet port for LAN gaming support, as well as headphone and microphone jacks.
Finally, what about pricing?
The Acer Predator Triton 500 will be available at EUR 2,699 (approximately Rs. 2.13 lakh) in Europe, Middle East, and African markets from November. In North America, it will be up for grabs from December at $2,800 (approximately Rs. 2 lakh). However, there is no word about its India launch as of now but we expect the company to introduce the model soon.
