Honda Africa Twin priced at Rs. 13.23 lakh; bookings open
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India is now accepting bookings for the 2018 Honda Africa Twin adventure motorcycle in India. Currently, the company is taking orders for first 50 bookings given only a limited number of units will be brought to India. The 2018 Honda Africa Twin gets minor upgrades and is priced at Rs. 13.23 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Here's more.

The 2018 Honda Africa Twin can be booked at any of the 22 Honda Wing World dealerships in India. Moreover, according to the company, few lucky customers will also get a chance to watch their favorite riders live at a MotoGP race.
Whats new in the 2018 Honda Africa Twin
The 2018 model of Africa Twin gets a new Lithium-ion battery, which reduces bike's overall weight by 2.3 kilograms. Moreover, as an important update, the motorcycle can now get throttle by wire technology as well which allows Honda to offer four riding modes - Tour, Urban, Gravel, and User. In User mode, you can customize power output, engine braking, and torque control settings.
The adventure tourer retains same styling and mechanics
The 2018 model of the Honda Africa Twin has gotten the same 999cc parallel-twin engine which generates 87 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 93.1 Nm at 6,000 rpm. Moreover, the transmission remains unchanged which is dual-clutch automatic. Even the styling is almost the same.
