The Shiv Sena has sacked its Goa unit Chief Shivprasad Joshi, said the party's state spokesperson Jitesh Kamat, confirming the development.
Kamat would replace Joshi as the new state unit chief. Joshi was removed from his post for "anti-party activities," Kamat said.
Joshi was appointed as the President of the Shiv Sena's Goa unit before the 2017 Assembly Elections in the state.
