"Why not speak on Nirav, Rafale on Mann Ki Baat?"
'Why ask for ideas when in your heart you know what every Indian wants to hear you speak about? 1. Nirav Modi's 22,000 Cr. Loot & Scoot 2. The 58,000 Cr. RAFALE scam,' replied Rahul Gandhi today on Twitter, where PM Narendra Modi had asked for ideas for Mann ki Baat. Gandhi had attacked Modi earlier as well when the latter asked about ideas.

What is the PNB scam, Rafale deal?
PNB was looted off Rs. 11,400 crore by jeweller Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi who conducted fake transactions using officially issued LoUs. The scam came to light this month and since then Gandhi has been asking Modi to speak up. Also in February, Congress asked Modi to disclose the price of each Rafale Jet being purchased from France, terming the deal a scam.
Last month, Rahul attacked Modi again on same grounds
When Modi had asked for ideas last month for his first session in 2018, Gandhi had attacked him in the same manner. That time Gandhi had asked Modi to speak on unemployment brought over by demonetization, the rising rape cases in Haryana and news about Chinese in Doklam area. Notably, Modi hosted the first episode of Mann ki Baat on radio in October'14.
