It will be released on Shaheed Diwas, which is celebrated on March 23 and will be the CM's personal WhatsApp number. "If anyone asks you for a bribe, send it to me by recording a video/audio of it. Mann had earlier teased a 'historic' decision
Earlier on Thursday, Mann had said that his administration is making a "very big decision" in the best interests of the people of the state. "No one in Punjab's history has ever made a choice like this. I'll make an announcement soon...," Mann wrote on Twitter a day after taking oath as CM. His tweet was later shared by AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal.
Mann took oath as the 18th CM of Punjab
Bhagwant Mann took oath as the 18th Chief Minister of Punjab on Wednesday. In his first address as the CM, Bhagwant Mann said that his government will solve all problems in Punjab. "From unemployment to farming--we shall fix everything and find solutions to the smallest of problems. We will build schools and hospitals in Punjab. All we need is your blessing," Mann had said.

"It will take many lives to pay back the love we have got from you. We are also the government for those who didn't vote for us and we will work for them too," Mann said.
Youngest CM of Punjab since 1970s
Mann, 48, is the youngest CM of the state since the 1970s. He was elected twice as an MP from the Sangrur Lok sabha constituency before his assembly debut this time. The comedian-turned-politician replaced Congress's Charanjit Singh Channi as Punjab CM after AAP's impressive win in the recently-concluded elections. Weeks before election day, Arvind Kejriwal's AAP declared him its Chief Minister face via televoting.
AAP's thumping victory in Punjab
AAP registered a magnificent win in the recent Punjab Assembly election, winning 92 seats in the 117-seat legislature. After Delhi, this is the second state to be voted to power for the eight-year-old party. Mann said shortly after the results that he would take his oath in Bhagat Singh's village Khatkar Kalan, rather than the Governor's House, as is customary.
