Centre not concerned about employment, education, health: Jignesh Mevani
Addressing a Dalit Labor Rights rally in Jind (Haryana), Gujarat MLA Jignesh Wani said the Centre was not concerned about serious issues like unemployment, education, and health. He also claimed PM Narendra Modi's "anti-people policies" have hit trade and industry in India. "According to PM's promise, he should have provided 8cr jobs by now, but he couldn't provide even 8 lakh jobs," Mevani said.

"Due to PM's anti-people policies, Dalits, farmers, laborers, employees were suffering," Mevani said. He alleged Modi was busy "misleading" people in name of "gau, gau-mutra, and Geeta". Mevani claimed that atrocities against Dalits have risen in BJP-ruled states including Haryana. "The BJP has failed on all fronts. People are getting disenchanted from it. The youth in Haryana will puncture the Khattar government," he claimed.
