Driven by Modi hatred, Opposition is helping Pakistan: PM
What's the story
Few parties are helping Pakistan with their statements, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday in Tamil Nadu while addressing a rally.
Launching a sharp reaction on the Opposition, PM Modi said parties are driven by their hate for him and have now ended up despising the nation.
He said the world supported India's fight against terrorism but parties doubted the security forces.

IAF breaches Pakistan's airspace, demolishes Jaish-e-Mohammed's camp
PM Modi's statement comes days after IAF carried out a successful operation across the border.
After the February 14 Pulwama attack, 12 Mirage-2000 jets breached Pakistani airspace and bombed the biggest camp of terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed in Balakot.
Amid escalating tensions between the neighboring countries, politics took a new turn as parties accused one another of politicizing the series of events.

India will return damage with interest, claims PM Modi
PM Modi added reports claimed IAF wanted to carry out surgical strikes in the past but UPA stopped it.
But now armed forces have been given full freedom, said PM Modi.
"This is an India which will return the damage done by the terrorist with interest. The events of the past few days have demonstrated the strength of our armed forces," said PM Modi.

Earlier, Jaitley too asked Opposition to support the nation
Earlier, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had also asked Opposition parties to not make statements which would help Pakistan.
Notably, after an all-party meet, leaders of the Opposition had claimed BJP was politicizing the strikes for electoral benefits.
On this, Jaitley had asked why wasn't Opposition standing with the nation at this crucial time. "Let the country speak in one voice," Jaitley had said.
