'Headed to Himalayas?': Modi teases Pawan Kalyan over simple attire
What's the story

At the event, he shared a light-hearted moment with Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, who can be seen wearing a simple beige-colored kurta.
The PM joked about Kalyan's simple attire and spiritual lifestyle, asking him if he was planning to renounce everything and head for the Himalayas.

"The prime minister always cracks jokes with me. Today, he looked at my attire and asked me if I was leaving everything and going to the Himalayas," Kalyan was quoted as saying by News18.
He replied to the PM that he had no such plans for now, humorously adding, "There's still work to be done—the Himalayas can wait."

Kalyan's spiritual journey and participation in Maha Kumbh
Kalyan has been on a spiritual journey of sorts lately. He has been visiting temples across South India and recently attended the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj with his family.
He had shared that this was a long-cherished dream inspired by Swami Yogananda's autobiography.
"The moment I experienced it, the only feeling I got was no matter how famous or rich you are, this particular experience can never be replaced," he said after taking the holy dip.
