#SemiFinals2019: BJP's Sriramulu offers prayers. Will he defeat Siddaramaiah?
What's the story
The nervousness across political parties is clearly visible as counting of votes in Karnataka has begun.
If the high-powered campaign was not enough, Bharatiya Janata Party's B. Sriramulu was seen offering prayers at his residence.
Sriramulu is BJP's candidate against current CM Siddaramaiah on the prestigious Badami seat. On polling day, Sriramulu was seen worshipping a cow, before he cast his vote.

Speaking to India Today, Sriramulu said, "I am winning Badami. I don't have a personal agenda. I come from Valmiki caste and I will work for the backward caste. I am confident Yeddyurappa will become CM and serve his complete term."

Votes done, counting begins: Congress, JD(S) too offer prayers
Turns out, Sriramulu isn't the only one seeking blessings from the divine ones. Ahead of counting of votes, 'havan' was performed at the AICC office in New Delhi.
At the Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math in Nagamangala, JDS's HD Kumaraswamy was seen offering prayers. He is contesting from Ramanagara and Channapatna constituencies.
At the time of writing, BJP was leading with 81+ seats.
