'1st in 60 years...': Shah on Modi 3.0's 100 days
Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the media on Tuesday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed his first 100 days in office since being re-elected for a third term. Shah hailed the "political stability" in the country and underlined the efforts of the National Democratic Alliance government for India's growth. The Bharatiya Janata Party—along with various ministries—has planned an elaborate event to mark NDA government's 100 days in office on September 17, which is also PM Modi's 74th birthday.
Shah on implementation of policies
Shah added that after dedicating 10 years to development "tirelessly," the people of India gave the BJP and its allies a mandate for a historic third term. He said, "For the first time after 60 years, there is an atmosphere of political stability in the country and we have also experienced continuity of policies." "It is very difficult to enter the 11th year by maintaining...direction...speed of policies and accuracy of implementation of policies for 10 years," he added.

Sewa Pakhwada for PM's birthday
Additionally, the BJP launched the 'Sewa Pakhwada' event which will conclude on October 2. Shah said, "Many institutions in the country have decided to celebrate PM Modi's birthday as 'Sewa Pakhwada'." "PM Modi was born into a poor family and he became the PM of the world's largest democracy. 15 different nations gave their highest honour to him. 140 crore Indians are praying for his long life today," he added.
