AAP retains 3 loyalists, denies tickets to sitting MLAs
Along with the six turncoats, the first list also includes three loyalists who have been retained by AAP. However, three sitting MLAs from AAP were denied tickets in this first list. The Delhi assembly elections for all 70 constituencies are expected to take place on or before February 2025. The previous assembly elections were conducted in February 2020. Following the election, the AAP formed the state government, with Arvind Kejriwal serving as chief minister for a third term.
