Sikhs were labeled as terrorists, but Modi changed that: Sirsa
Manjinder Singh Sirsa, another key figure in the BJP, shed light on why Sikhs are rallying behind PM Narendra Modi. "They are supporting him because, on one hand, there's a horrifying 55-year-long period when Sikhs were labeled as terrorists. But after Modi ji came to power, those who were responsible for the Sikh massacres were put in jail, and those who loved Sikhs, Modi ji embraced them and said, 'Without you, India's culture and India's identity are incomplete'," Sirsa Said.
Nadda highlighted several initiatives by PM Modi's government
JP Nadda, the BJP National President, also addressed the newly inducted members. He expressed pride and satisfaction at their decision, saying the BJP is the only party through which one can advance the unity, integrity, and security of the country. Nadda also highlighted several initiatives by PM Modi's government, such as the opening of the Kartarpur Sahib corridor and the FCRA registration for donations to the Golden Temple.
